First time seen this small spider. Body size = 2-3mm To me it's resemble as Tetragnathidae, but there is only little information regarding this family in Israel.
Following some photos taken this weekend. Not far of Tel-Aviv, on the bank of a local water reservoir. All the specimens was found under the leaf of Xanthium Italicum

They shure are Theriddiidae, males and females; not Tetragnathidae. Besides the ocular configuration, the body structure and the net too are rather different.
I am not able to determine the genus; may be Enoplognatha, Kochiura ... or many other that I don't know.
