"gilva" in latin means "(bright)-yellow"

for [Ure]siphita I found: SIPHITA, a word used by Paracelsus, and his followers, with the addition of parva and magna, for two dif. orders: "Siphita parva" signifies the chorea (San Sivili??) or St. Vitus' s dance; and the "siphita magna": walking in time of sleep.

Regarding the second paragraph, I also found this but its not have much sense to me regarding the context.

I have looked also in the "source book of biological names and terms" (1972) and again I got to dead end

I appreciate any others ideas
