Tegenaria parietina, indeed the largest of the european Agelenidae. The first picture is interesting, as it has unusually preyed upon another fierce predator, Scutigera coleoptrata.
Scutigera actually uses to prey small wondering spyders, but has few chanches if fallen into the sheet web of a Tegenaria sp.. In order to avoid the reaction of the prey, the Tegenaria stands up on its long legs just upon the prey and bytes it very fastly several times, imediately recovering its upstanding position. After some bytes any prey is dead. luigi
