I agree on Palpimanus. The anterior pair of legs is thick and quite distinctive. It's not a living specimen though. I can't really understand if its a dead specimen or a molt.
Many thanks to you both. I do not know whether it was dead, but now that you mention it, it might have been. I poked it with a stick, hoping it would turn over, but it never did so I left it alone, as I did not wish to harm it.
