thanks for sharing! I've seen a number of Leptoglossus occidentalis but I've never seen the instars.
I'm also quite envious that you were able to raise them

I had no idea it first arrived in Europe through Italy! A few months ago I had to go to Massachusetts and I was quite surprised when I found a L. occidentalis there. This is the link to my original post Link
As far as I've understood it originally came from North America.

Here in Italy "the leaf-footed bug" was first reported in 1999 (probably accidentally imported with timber); at present, as far as I know, it occurs in Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Spain, England, Belgium, Poland...
