Now all the old Mallada from Euro-Mediterranean area are Dichochrysa. In the genus Mallada remain only some Oriental (and/or E-Palearctic) Chrysopidae. The egg is undeterminable, the larvae are Dichochrysa sp., the adult is probably D. genei.

Tks for the answer.
And some interesting update
To allow convenience photography, I collected the adult into plastic tube (SARSTEDT type) and keep it there for the next day. After the photography season I release the model from the window, and put the tube on the side.
Today, while looking for a empty tube and checking the tubes stocks, I notice something strange inside. After I looked through the light, I found 20-30 eggs, singly deposit on the internal wall of the tube. looks same as in my photo of the eggs.
Through the light the eggs looked empty and after a good shake into a plate and and using a stereoscopic microscope, I found 2 very small larvae, which already cover with there brothers skin - little cannibals
