In my opinion your Aphid is a tree-aphid. There were trees nearby?

Dear Assaf,
I sent your photo to Prof. Sebastiano Barbagallo (Catania, Sicily) that is a very important aphid taxonomist (he is the organizer of the forthcoming international congress of Aphidology). This is his response (roughly translated by me):
The aphid is a Lachnus, but obviously I do not know what species (probably the common L. roboris, but it is only a hypothesis!). If Assaf has nothing to the contrary, I could examine the sample ... (information for shipping the specimen in acool) ... .
I would also ask Assaf some support for collection of aphids on Q. ithaburensis that in years past (through another colleague) was for me impossible!

Many thanks for your efforts 
I already did small research on that specimen. It seem it belong as you said to the family Lachnidae due to the short last antenal segment see photo:

Your comment about tree-aphid gave me the idea to cross reference Quercus ithaburensis with aphid. After checking local resources I found the best match is Lachnus cf. swirskii.
About shipment, I didn't collected the Lachnus and I don't have on hands the necessary equipment such tubes or alcohols :(
