I'm not an odonata specialist, but it seems a Diplacodes lefebvrii male, mainly because of the large pterostigma and the aspect of the distal antenodal cross-vein, that doesn't seem to be complete
.. let's wait for some other opinions

it's actually a Diplacodes lefebvrii, yet a very aged female (see the terminalia, as well as the general shape of the abdomen)
Selysiothemis nigra has slenderer body, with comparatively massive head, no more than a thin layer of whitish pruinescence, just enough to turn the deep black of mature male into dark grey, long and slender legs; wings are wholly colourless, without the small amber spot at base of hindwings to be seen in most Diplacodes (and in your picture), yet non really hyaline, slightly somewhat "milky" whitish, broader at base yet rather pointed at tips, with exceedingly short, trapezoidal stigma, very open wing venation (6 antenodals at forewings and 5 at hindwings)
if you look at the section "tassonomia" of FNM you may find some pictures of this species, both of teneral and aged males
