I just can't find the right words to describe the beauty of your photos Amir, exceptional in every way, from the artistic through the technical to the behavioural. It is more like viewing a documentary than just looking at a few photos. Thanks for your enthusiasm and for taking the time to share these masterpieces with us. Impossible to choose a favourite, but the one I keep going back to is the one you have entitled "sport". The quality is amazing, what lens do you use?
Non trovo le parole adatte per descrivere la bellezza delle tue foto Amir, eccezionali in ogni senso, dall'artistico, al tecnico e scientifico/comportamentale. Più che semplicemente vedere alcune foto, è come guardare un documentario. Grazie per il tuo entusiasmo e per aver condiviso questi capolavori con noi. Impossibile scegliere una preferita, ma quella a cui torno più spesso è la foto intitolata "sport". La qualità è stupefacente, che obiettivo usi?

Amir, non posso che unire la mia voce al coro entusiastico di stupore e approvazione! Alcuni scatti sono come "ritratti"... fatti a delle formiche!!!! C'è qualciosa di più difficile?(some photos looks like "portraits"... of ants! Is there something more difficult?)

I'm more on the documentary side of photography and less to find the best composition (in any price). Finding the story behind is more exciting for me then wait hours for the win pose. It's take the price at technical qualities sides but I'm happy to pay for a good story.

The Polygonum palaestinum Link
is one of the few plants flowering now in the sandy habitat. for the Messor is excellent resource and u can find them almost on every Polygonum is the area.

The extension tubes not use all time, Depend the needs
Recently I add the Sony Alpha 700. but I use it few. I need more time with here to take the juice out. The 3 last photos in this discussion are from the A700 and it's not this yet.
I'm not use tripod and it's take the price in the sharping side. but I'm more flex to react fast for the dynamic situation insects face us.
This was took a few weeks ago after the first rain of the season I'm not sure its Messor (queen) since I do photo only the front
