First is a Theridiidae, most probably Theridion sp. (looks a lot like T. mystaceum). Second one is a male Agelenidae, either Textrix sp. or Lycosoides sp.
Regarding the agelenid According to: The agelenid funnel-weaver family and the spider genus Cedicus in Israel (araneae, Agelenidae and Cybaeidae)G. Levi. 1996 We have only one specis in Lycosoides sp and Textrix sp is absent. So, its probably Lycosoides coarctata
