if you are interested some info about biotope where picture has been taken
dry, very grazed by goats and sheep. BURNT A FEW YEArs ago and only some old olive tree and carob tree survived; no other trees (except shrubs as Pistacia lentiscus), main Poaceae are Hyparrhenia hirta and Andropogon distachyos
altitude 100 m, 300 m from seashore South coast of Crete at about 10 km from Agia Galini
animal was on a wall when I noticed it at 10 in the morning on 06march 2010
